PipelineDeals is seeking a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist with strong marketing analytics skills to support revenue growth for our SaaS platform. 

In this role, you will report to the Director of Marketing and Communications. You will help to execute short- and long-term marketing plans across all digital channels that ensure the company’s growth and profitability. This role is ideal for you if you love owning and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish. You will be involved with strategy, execution, monitoring performance, and providing actionable insight based on data. 

We’re searching for an organized self-starter who is driven by results. You approach every marketing campaign understanding you need to test, measure, and evaluate to ensure the best future outcomes. Your work will be critical to finding high-quality leads to fill our sales pipeline. Event tracking, A/B testing, and data analysis are part of your process to inform further optimization. 

Responsibilities | What you’ll do:

  • Create, execute, and refine new testing strategies that directly address our business challenges (creative, landing pages, product features).
  • Leverage a variety of data sources to derive actionable insights about website experience, prospect behavior, and down-funnel sales success.
  • Own reporting dashboard for digital campaign acquisition goals and KPIs.
  • Develop, implement, and execute on full lifecycle B2B demand generation campaigns, using a variety of channels and tactics based on campaign goals and target audiences.  
  • Own our Partner Program and build a series of best practices to increase referral leads, program revenue, and Partner engagement. 
  • Understand best practices for UI and UX for landing pages, applications, mobile, and desktop.
  • Strong grasp of ROI with an analytical mind to mine data for insights.
  • Own, optimize, and personalize conversion funnels to drive measurable increases in conversion rates and revenue.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Investigate and assess prospect behavior across the funnel, identify 'pain points.' 
  • Help drive marketing programs to generate/accelerate/reactivate sales pipeline across various stages of the buying cycle and to the various personas. 
  • Learn and work daily in team marketing tools including project management and marketing automation software.
  • Perform ongoing audience research, persona planning, and discovery of current trends. 
  • Monitor metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization. 


  • 3+ years of related experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics, Excel, data visualization, marketing automation, and content creation tools. 
  • You are up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.   
  • Ability to function autonomously with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Willingness and flexibility to jump in and assist others in the company as needed.
  • Experience in lead generation for sales, lead nurturing, email marketing, and website optimization. 
  • Exceptional organization, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively, innovatively and differently.

Plus if you have:

  • B2B software experience and you are familiar with the dynamics of the prospect journey at B2B SaaS companies.    
  • Front end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).


  • A Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) required.  Relevant fields of study include Business Administration, Marketing, and Communications.
